Kickboxing Thai Boxing Courses

Beginner's Thai/Kickboxing Courses (6 Weeks)

The course is aimed at the complete beginner, people who wish to learn Thai/Kickboxing but want to start from the beginning in a safe and enjoyable environment. On completing the course, students are issued with a “A.E.S Personal Development” certificate.

The course has a step-by-step approach to ensure that the highest coaching standards are met at all times.
It aids personal and physical development from improving muscular tone and strength to benefiting co-ordination, self-confidence and cardiovascular fitness. It’s also great way to relieve stress!
